Privacy policy

This website, manoly.org, is run by Manoly International for Wood Co., a wholesale distributor of wood, panels, coatings, adhesives, abrasives and hardware based in Beit Sahour, Palestine. This policy explains what information the website collects, why, and what we do with it.

For any question about this policy or your information, email info@manoly.org or call +972 2 272 5775.

The inquiry form on the Contact page sends us:

• the topic you choose
• your name
• your phone number, your email address, or both
• your company and city or country, if you add them
• your message, and any file you attach
• the language of the page and the address of the page you sent it from

We ask only for what we need to reply. Company, city and attachments are optional. If you call or email us instead, we receive only what you tell us.

Only to answer your inquiry and follow up on it: to price an order, arrange a delivery, answer a product or colour question, or discuss a supply partnership.

We don't add you to a mailing list, and we never sell or rent your details.

Your inquiry is emailed to our team at info@manoly.org through Resend, an email delivery service. Resend handles the message only to deliver it, and may do so on servers outside Palestine.

The company that hosts the website handles your inquiry as it passes through, and may keep standard technical logs, such as IP addresses and browser type, to keep the site secure.

We don't share your details with anyone else unless the law requires it.

We keep an inquiry for as long as we need it to answer you and to handle any order or business that follows, and for as long as the law requires us to keep business records. After that, we delete it. You can ask us to delete yours sooner.

To stop automated spam, the website holds the IP address of each form submission in memory for up to ten minutes, to limit repeated sends from one address. It is not saved, and it is not added to your inquiry.

The website sets no cookies. It saves one small note in your browser so that the logo introduction on the home page plays only once per visit. The note is deleted when you close the tab.

The map on the Contact page comes from Google Maps. When it loads, Google may set its own cookies and collect information under Google's privacy policy.

You can ask us what information we hold about you, and ask us to correct it or delete it. Email info@manoly.org or call +972 2 272 5775, and we'll reply as soon as we can.

The website is for trade customers, individual buyers and suppliers. It isn't aimed at children, and we don't knowingly collect children's details.

If we change how we handle information, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
